The Pulse of HR Co-hosts,  Angela Hooper-Menifield & Robin K. Butler dig deep into the topic and fueled the #MeToo movement these past few years and discuss sexual harassment in the workplace.   This episode was sparked by recent news articles in sports, specifically major league baseball.

This episode title, "Are Your Advances Welcomed?" focuses on some of the challenges faced in the workplace by many, specifically many women, when working in professions that are dominated by men.  They each get a little personal and share their experience as both an HR Practitioner but also as a women receiving advances, how we sometimes blame ourselves when others get 'out of order' with us and lessons learned from dating in the workplace.
